半年以来，测量体温变成每日任务。但不管是特殊时期，还是平日测量体温，很多人的内心都充满了疑惑：
体温多高就是发烧？体温怎么测才更准确？……别急，下面就用一张图告诉你。

怎么正确测体温，想必大家已经清楚了。
如果测出的体温偏低，可以想想自己的测量方法是否正确，或者是否刚从室外进入室内。
如果测出的体温较高，也先别着急，可能是因为你刚刚运动完或吃完饭。另外，刚刚从温暖的环境出来也可能导致测出的体温偏高。
这种情况，过半小时再测一次体温就好。
